Food Vendor Registration

July 17 - 19, 2026

Applications are now being accepted and will continue until June 1, 2026, unless spots are filled before the deadline. Vendors will be notified soon after if their application is approved. Applications will not be confirmed until all documents (i.e. proof of insurance) are received along with full payment.

DEADLINES

  • Application deadline: Sunday, June 1
  • Last day to request a refund (excluding fees): Monday, June 30

FOOD BOOTHS 

$800  20 x 20 space

$1100 – 30 x 20 space

ELECTRICITY

$50 – 110 volts

$100 – 220 volts

Vendors are responsible for their cords, and they must be a minimum of 12-gauge and grounded. Add your power selection in your cart at checkout. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refunds (excluding fees) will be given if written notice is received by midnight on June 30. Events are rain or shine, heatwave or snow! No refunds will be given due to weather or other acts of nature.
