Weekend Camping Pass
July 18 - 20, 2025
Located on the banks of the tumbling waters of the scenic Methow River, the Blues Ranch has plenty of campsites available. Here you can be near all the festival activities and amenities of the Methow Valley.
The camping is located on the festival grounds and is only a one-mile walk to the town of Winthrop. Or take the shuttle. Purchase a weekend pass onsite or pay for a single ride each time.
DETAILS
All sites are on a first-come, first-served basis. The south edge of the campground is reserved for festival businesses and working partners.
Festival passes are required to be at the Blues Ranch, including festival grounds and camping areas. All campers must have a weekend festival pass.
- Sites cannot be saved. We cannot guarantee camp spots will be together.
- 4 people and 1 vehicle per campsite (motorcycle exceptions).
- Additional cars will need to purchase a 'camp weekend parking pass' and park in the designated area in general parking.
- Dry camping only. Portable toilets and showers are provided.
- Potable water is available.
- No power or hookups are available.
- Propane BBQs and camp stoves are allowed.
- NO OPEN FIRES. Including charcoal and propane fire pits.
- NO PETS.
- NO DRIVING IN CAMPING AREAS AFTER DARK.
- NO ATVs.
- NO DRONES. If a drone is seen flying, it is the property of WMA and is shooting for marketing purposes. All other drones will be confiscated.
- QUIET HOURS: END OF THE MUSIC TO 8 AM.
- NO GENERATORS, OUTSIDE PARTIES, OR LOUD MUSIC DURING QUIET HOURS.
- Be courteous to your neighbors and please refrain from running generators continuously.
- Photo ID is required upon entering the festival grounds.
- All bags, coolers, and backpacks are subject to security inspection at gate entrances to the infield.
- ADA - Our venue is a rocky, grassy ranch. Wheelchair access is possible but not easy. We have ADA parking, camping, porta-potties, and access.
WEEKEND CAMPING PRICING
General Weekend Camping – $85
Includes camping for Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.
- All camping is first come, first served.
- Gates open at 9 am on Friday.
- Sites can not be "saved" nor combined to accommodate larger RVs.
- Marked 25' x 25' field sites available.
- Unmarked sites in the semi-treed area are camping sites for tents and small RVs only. Not suitable for rigs over 20’. Attendants will assist in getting you located.
- If you are in the treed camping area, you may be asked to get cozy with your neighbors.
- An RV or vehicle towing an RV must be able to fit in the 25' x 25' campsite.
- Rigs over 25' must purchase Big Rig Camping.
Big Rig Camping – $185
Includes camping for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights in marked field sites only.
- All first come, first served.
- Gates open at 9 am on Friday.
- 25' x 50' marked field sites available.
- Big Rigs that arrive after 3:00 pm on Friday will be parked where space is available and not necessarily on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Big Rig camping guarantees you a designated 25' x 50' spot.
THURSDAY CAMPING
General Camping – $40
Big Rig Camping – $70
Thursday night camping must be purchased with your weekend camping pass at checkout. Adding on Thursday camping after your original transaction will result in extra ticket fees.
- If you are purchasing two or more weekend campsites, you will need to purchase the same number of Thursday add-on passes.
- Gate open at 12 pm on Thursday only for those who have purchased Thursday add-on camping.
- Food Vendors begin Thursday at 4 pm, and Friday at 12 pm.
- The festival officially starts on Friday. Thursday camping is available to accommodate those who wish to arrive early to have a better selection of campsites.
ADDITIONAL CARS
Camp Weekend Parking Pass - $25
- This parking pass is meant for groups who have already purchased a camping pass, and will have additional cars driving separately.
- This parking pass allows overnight parking in the designated area in general parking.
- This is NOT a camping pass, this pass does not include additional parking in the camping area.
- Additional cars may NOT camp out of their cars in general parking.
Festival passes are required to be at the Blues Ranch, including festival grounds and camping areas. All campers must have a weekend festival pass.
Tickets are non-refundable. Taxes are included in the ticket price.
